We had a great stay, and Andy gave us a warm welcome. He was a very attentive host. The breakfast was excellent: the full Irish was as good as you'll find anywhere, with breads, buns, fruit and cereals to choose from. The coffee was a proper americano, and the dining area was lovely. It's centrally located, and parking is nearby and cheap. I arrived Friday evening, left the car at Waterside until Sunday for €3.60, and just drove the short distance after dropping our bags at the hotel. I'd highly recommend this guesthouse.

The hosts were so nice and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. The croissants and chocolate croissants at breakfast were the freshest, and I'd come back just for the baked goods. A room away from the main road would be better, since it gets pretty noisy there, especially on weekend nights. A white noise machine and a small bin in the room would bring this B+B up to five stars for me.

We had a great-value stay: clean, quiet and comfortable, and I'll definitely return. The city centre location couldn't be better, and Andy, the manager, is exceptionally nice. We were on the top floor, where the WiFi was awful, though I suspect it may be better in other rooms. There was also a strange advertising banner at the top of the TV screen that I couldn't get rid of.

The room was comfortable and just as it looked on the website, and I appreciated that it was tidied every day. I spent three nights here for a friend's wedding nearby. It's a handy central spot, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, cafes and coffee shops. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them. They were helpful with my questions too. Good value, and I'd recommend it.

The bed was so comfortable, and the spacious room had all the extras to give it a touch of luxury. The host was really friendly and helpful. As far as I could tell, though, it wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues.
