The people here were the best part, and the rooms were great too. One of the nicest B&Bs I’ve stayed in for years. Thanks so much, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s lovely being somewhere quiet outside the city while still being so close to it. Benny and Katie are warm and welcoming, and the rooms feel charming and comfortable. The hotel is clean and peaceful, with thoughtful extras like a quiet den to relax in, plus a fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery if you bring groceries or want to eat in. Breakfast is very enjoyable too. I’d happily recommend it.

I had a nice one-night stay after going to a gig in Waterford, and I’d come back. It’s peaceful and private, set back from the road, with a decent car park and a sweet little patio out front. Liz at reception was friendly and made me feel welcome. My room was clean and cosy, a decent size, and the double bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The cooked breakfast was nice, served in a spacious dining room, and the towels were lovely and thick. Some of the fittings, including the plumbing and electrics, are old, though everything worked. The bathroom was extremely small, and the sink was in the bedroom corner. The shower gel and hand wash bottles were pretty battered and could use replacing.

The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good. Service was good too, with secure parking and a handy location.
