Rimonim Palm Beach Acre

We were there for a business convention, and the setup worked for what we came to do: we could focus on business. Parking was spacious, the hall was okay, and support was good, with coffee, fruit, and cakes available. Lunch tasted good, though it was a bit spicy. The hotel also has a pool and excellent beach access.

The beach and pool are great, breakfast was nice, and the hotel and rooms were clean. The staff were super friendly, there's plenty of parking, and the location is great, close to the old city. We'll be back! There were some frustrating bits too. Reception was always busy and didn't answer the phone, and the elevators were very slow, especially with long waits on Saturdays. The pool music was too loud. The mattresses were terribly uncomfortable and kept slipping off the bed bases. They did try to enforce the corona rules as expected.

We had a great few days at the hotel with our kids and their families. The rooms were cleaned early in the morning, which surprised us, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the beach, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The main annoyance was other guests leaving empty cups and all kinds of rubbish behind.

The pool, beach access, food, and room were all good. But the air conditioning barely worked for most of the weekend in July, and when I asked for help, they were extremely unhelpful. Service generally wasn't great: reception never answered the phone, and they were slow to deal with issues, like something spilled in the room. There's no broom, so you have to take the slow elevator down and wait around an hour for someone to sort it out. The poor service and AC made this a two-star stay for me.
