The location made the stay: cafes, bars, and restaurants are all around, with the Bahai Gardens within walking distance and the waterfront nearby. We asked for a room away from the street and it stayed quiet even on Friday night. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and the robe, slippers, and chocolate made it feel like a treat.

The check-in was a bit of a mess because the woman couldn't get our bill right. Still, the hotel was clean and well located, and the small rooms were very nice. Breakfast was amazing, and there's complimentary coffee available around the clock.

The staff made us feel at home, from reception and the breakfast room to the cleaners and the workers handling repairs. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and had a good bed, though the shower screen let water spread across the bathroom floor. Breakfast had loads of choice, with hot and cold food, great bread, fresh tasty dishes, and good coffee. We enjoyed eating outside on the sunny balcony after a friendly welcome. The rooftop terrace looks out over the Bahá'í gardens, and there are shops and restaurants on the street. Several bus stops are within 50 meters of the entrance.

This was our third visit. The hotel is an old historic building, and our room was roomy, clean, and pleasant. Breakfast was good, with a nice range of options.
