We had seven kids with us and got several units, so we could all stay together without being on top of each other. They worked really hard to get us in early for our Shabbos plans and kept in touch throughout the stay. It was totally clean and in the best location when people in your group want to do different things. It doesn't have all the luxuries of the mamilla hotel, but we thought it was perfect and would definitely come back.

We stayed at Jacobs Suites during our time in Jerusalem. The studio worked perfectly for three adults, and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. It was clean enough, though it could have been better. Getting around was convenient. The old city is an 18-minute walk, and you're well connected to transport, monuments, and tourist spots. A grocery shop is three minutes away, the bus stop is also three minutes away, and the tram station is a seven-minute walk. The place has WiFi, a hob, a lift, cutlery, towels, shampoo, soap, and other things. It's a good fit for a week in Jerusalem or even a shorter stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

The bathroom was lovely and clean, with flower-patterned tiles on the floor. We really liked this little boutique hotel: it was cozy and clean. Just keep in mind there's no reception, since it's set up as an apartment hotel.
