We paid nearly $3,000 for four days, and I wouldn't say the place was worth even $1,000. The rooms looked nothing like the photos, the decor already seemed worn and careless despite the hotel's recent opening, and the staff were rude and unwilling to help. When my child needed food, I was crying and begging because I urgently needed to exchange 60 shekels, but they still refused. They also charged us a tax even though we had entered the country as tourists. The location is poor, with just one café and a supermarket nearby. This hotel simply isn't worth the price.

The room felt brand new, with a striking design and everything we could need. Luxury was apparent from the moment we walked in, and the location was excellent. Such a lovely stay.

Two 24-hour markets are close by if you need something, and there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The beach is literally just a touch away. We found Almera hotel to be a fabulous choice and would happily return. The room was spotless, new, stylishly designed, and fully equipped, while the welcome and help we received were incomparable. Luxury was all around from the moment we arrived, and the location was prime. What a lovely experience!

I left feeling deeply let down. I've stayed at many hotels, but this was among my worst experiences, and I can't recommend it. The housekeeping was just as bad as the hygiene: requests went unanswered, basic amenities weren't replenished, and getting a clean towel or a properly made bed became a daily struggle. Floors were dirty, the sheets stained, and the bathroom didn't look as if it had been cleaned before I arrived. The place seemed neglected and nowhere near what a paying guest should have to accept. Management needs to take this seriously and act, because no guest should go through what I did.
