The apartment is a good fit for 3-4 people and has everything you need. It's a nice little place, but the city center is far away. If you've got a car, that isn't much of an issue, since the drive takes about 5-8 minutes.

The apartment is a long way from the promenade, about 15 minutes by car, and finding parking adds another hassle. On top of that, there's a bad smell inside that just won't go away. Not worth it at all.
