8/10
The rooms were a little lackluster, and the convenient seaside location, shops, and lovely views come at a higher price. Still, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and the kosher buffet had a great selection with variety for different tastes.

The food was good, with familiar Western options alongside Israeli dishes. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the pool was beautiful and very large. Near the beach and boardwalk, the hotel also had big, soft beds and decent sized rooms.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and the service and food are always great.

The glass bottom boat tour was great.

We got good value as a group, and the meals were really tasty. There are lots of little things that need attention, like chipped dishes on the tables. Crumbs were still on the prayer room counter after more than a week, and the place will need a revamp before tourist season starts again. The one movie channel had no sound, which wasn't okay.
