The owner wasn't honest with us, and charged us even though we didn't stay there and the place wasn't suitable for us. It's a low-cost apartment, but it was dirty and smelled bad. There are stairs and no elevator, so it's definitely not suitable for families with small children or older people. I'd tell everyone to find somewhere else in Eilat.

The rooms were filthy, there was mold in the shower, and the smell was so awful I had to step in and out a few times to get used to it. The beds were terrible. My wife could barely move in the morning, and I slept really badly too. Honestly, she was close to tears over the experience. There was very little in the way of accommodation, just some cheap towels and not much else. Getting there was awful too. The location is in the middle of a residential area, with no parking on site. We had to look for street parking, which was far away and atrocious. When we arrived, a group of teens were smoking and doing who knows what on the steps. There's no security or staff on site, and nobody to talk to. No elevator, and no accessibility for disabled people, anyone with limitations, or even people who don't want to haul luggage up the stairs like in medieval times. The owner was extremely rude and dishonest, and impossible to communicate with. If minus stars were possible, I'd give it minus infinity. We canceled the rest of our nights, **** the money, it wasn't worth ruining the trip, and booked another apartment hotel for less, which was excellent. Message me for the name. I don't want this to sound like I'm plugging another hotel, this is a review. Worst hotel and service I've ever seen. Disgusting. BE AWARE!

Apartment nr.12 looked nice and was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Check-in was self-service. Walking to the center, where there's a big mall and the beach, took around 15min, and the bus station was about 10min away on foot.

Check-in and check-out were very convenient, and the place is very close to the sea, shopping centre, restaurants, and pub. It was a good stay in Eilat and good value for money. The kitchen utensils could be better, and the neighbors complained about noise. Eilat is a place where people can party, and complaining about us just talking in the room isn't acceptable.
