Beach Apartments TLV

I was part of a booking my friend made, so I saw all of this firsthand. We had free cancellation until 3 PM, but my friend tried to cancel at 10 AM and was offered no refund. This was during Israel's state of emergency, with flights canceled and the country under serious threat. We contacted Aviad and Bar several times to explain and ask for a fair solution. They didn't reply, and they blocked my friend's number. In a crisis, that makes me worry how they'd respond if a guest had a serious problem during a stay. In my experience with Airbnb, I've never seen behavior this unprofessional or unethical. They relied on technicalities and small print during an emergency, with no empathy or accountability. It felt like outright theft, and they made no effort to make things right. Be extremely cautious about booking with them. Hosts like this can ruin a trip and leave you stranded when you most need help.

The thought put into this apartment from a guest's point of view really showed, and it made a difference. It was beautifully designed and so clean. We had an amazing stay at one of Beach Apartment TLV, and Bar and Aviad were helpful and quick to respond. Thanks for having us, we can't wait to stay again!

My reservation said I could cancel for free until 3 PM. I tried at 10 that morning and got no money back. Aviad and Bar won't respond or try to understand the situation, and Aviad blocked my number. Be careful booking here, a host like this can ruin your trip.

Everything we needed was in the apartment, and we were comfortable throughout our stay. It was better than expected and great value for money. We'll recommend Beach Hotels-TLV to friends and family traveling to Israel, and we'll stay again if we come back.
