Herods Palace Hotel

The team's attention to how I was settling in stood out most. After I checked into my room, they called every day to see if I was satisfied or needed anything else. The hotel app also lets you ask for things, and requests were handled within minutes despite the large number of guests. Everything else was excellent too: the location, reception, cleanliness, and breakfast. Everyone seemed focused on helping and meeting guests' needs. It was a wonderful, distinctive stay, and I'd definitely come back.

Wassim the chef walked around the buffet with me and pointed out which dishes I should avoid because of my food sensitivities. Malki sono, who welcomes guests in the dining room, was very helpful, and Shlomi and yoseph helped me with the food as well. The food was delicious and there was a huge choice. Everyone we dealt with, from reception to the bellboys, was extremely courteous and helpful. When I asked for a mat inside the bathtub, someone went out and bought one for me. The service was wonderful. Herods palaceis highly recommended.

The hotel felt tired, and the room soundproofing was poor. The pool water was cold and should have been heated, so we couldn't make use of it. That made the vacation less enjoyable.

The spa and pool were relaxing and well kept, and I really enjoyed them. The hotel itself is clean and attractive, with a good spot near the beach. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely view. Staff were kind and ready to help, and there was a rich, tasty breakfast with lots of choice. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Eilat.
