The location is far from everything, and the room wasn’t clean. It was the most run-down hotel room I’ve ever been in. The wall paint was patchy, with different shades of white, and the towel rail was barely attached. The toilet seat looked like it hadn’t been replaced since the 70s. The awful door design gave the room a jail vibe, as if that was the interior designer’s goal. If authentic ethnic vintage is what you’re after, then this is a five-star hotel.

The staff were all truly amazing, the pool was brilliant, and the food was great. The location is the best in all of Eilat, and the price was more than fair. Just keep in mind the building isn’t new, and the old bath and shower unfortunately can’t be saved. I’d definitely visit again if I’m in Eilat.

Everything else was fine, but they didn’t answer the phone. The night lobby wasn’t enjoyable either. It was all quiet, with no music and no karaoke, nothing more.

One time, housekeeping knocked on our door for a few seconds, then used a master key before we could open it, by mistake. It was okay because we were a family having dinner, but they should take care to respect guests’ privacy.
