Millenium Hotel Ramallah

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and nice. We had a nice stay and I recommend it. Everything was fine apart from one time we called to ask for an extra towel and it never arrived.

I’m from Pakistan 🇵🇰🇵🇸 ❤️. Your hotel’s name is why I gave it five stars 🤩. Palestine 🇵🇸❤️

The hotel has a lot of potential, but the service and rooms were terrible. During my first three nights as a newlywed groom, I found a baby cradle in the room, but there were no towels and the air conditioning didn’t work. I’d arranged with them to arrive as a newlywed to a clean, decorated room, and that’s not what I got. There’s more I could say, but this is enough. They charged too much for this level of service. I’ll never recommend the hotel or return, and I’d take any money to go to caramel hotel.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had. They switched off their credit card machines, so you couldn’t pay by card. Then they blamed the declined payment on my card and told me to pay in cash. They asked for a set amount in shekels, but when I tried to pay in dollars, they worked it out at a ridiculous discounted rate. When I asked why, he said it was their policy. I replied, “ya a thief with a policy that’s the way to go.” Fraud and zero professionalism
