After the long drive to Eilat, I had to spend another two hours finding somewhere else to stay late at night. I'd booked three weeks ahead, and only when I arrived was I told there would be no electricity from 21:00-05:00. Nobody had told me beforehand. When I asked why guests weren't warned, I was told the hotel wasn't required to notify us and that I could cancel if I wanted. The conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional, with no apology, solution or basic hospitality. The power outage itself wasn't the disappointing part. It was how they handled it.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and they let us use a luggage room before or after our stay. Rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds, and the location is right by the bus station. Felt like I got more than I paid for.

All the staff were accommodating, and they spoke good English. It's a clean, nice hotel directly across the street from the bus station. I'll definitely be back.

The outside of the hotel doesn't look like much, but inside it's awesome. The lobby looked good and was clean, and the reception staff were so sweet. Our room was small but laid out really well, with everything we needed and super comfortable beds. For such an inexpensive hotel, it was immaculate. The staff are young people who'd just graduated or finished the army and had spent their savings on this place. When we offered to give it five stars, they were so happy. They really deserve it. They were lovely, and I'd come back with my family. Sorry this is long, I just had to share my thoughts. ❣️
