I checked out early because I didn’t want the rest of my trip ruined, and I regret booking this hotel. The room was awful: dirty floors, stained bedding, a bathroom that looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and an unbearable smell. When I complained, staff weren’t helpful and acted like I was the problem. The facilities were just as bad. The air conditioner barely worked, the internet was useless, and amenities listed in the ad were closed or broken. Breakfast was stale and inedible. For what I paid, it felt like a rip-off. Management seems to have no standards or respect for guests. Stay far away.

An average two- to three-star hotel, with friendly staff and a small pool. The rooms are quite old, but it works for a short, budget vacation. Maman beach is just a few minutes away.

Simple hotel and decent value for the price. The location is great, close to the promenade, beach, malls, and pretty much everything. Getting coffee capsules was very difficult, though.

The breakfast was delightful, and the staff were so kind and amazing that it felt like I’d known them for years. We had a great time and would come back. The bathroom design in the rooms is a little unusual, but everything worked well. Great location too.

The breakfast is worth having. There was a huge range of tasty, fresh food and drinks, enough to keep us full until dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. There’s a small market and lots of restaurants right nearby. Free parking is a bit hard to find, so keep an eye out. Otherwise, regular parking costs about 25-30 NIS a day. Excellent value for money.
