Riviera by Isrotel Collection

There wasn't even a receptionist waiting for us. The room was full of mosquitoes, and the plug-in mosquito repellent they left made it seem like they knew about the problem. It was late, and there wasn't any drinking water: none in the minibar, none available to buy outside, and none offered as a favor. They said their MiniMarket sold it, but it was closed. My husband had to go out in the middle of the night to find some. No tea bag or coffee either. I'm in bed now with mosquitoes flying over our heads. I'm disgusted they didn't disclose the infestation, which makes staying here impossible.

The pool was the one good part. The hotel is very old, with a crack around the lock on our door, and doors slam. Noise carries through the hallways and outside as if the walls were cardboard. Cleaners were talking nonstop from 8:30 in the morning and again at noon, with carts left in every hallway until 4 pm, blocking the way and looking disgusting. They also deactivated our room card well before checkout.

Good value for the money and a perfect location. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the rooms worked really well for families.

Lovely apartments with everything you need, set around a lovely pool.
