Alex at the egg station got my order just right, and Mohamad Shtiem at the coffee bar started every morning with a smile and the coffee I needed. Mr Robinovitch, the Front Desk Supervisor, also made us feel welcome, even if he might not remember our names. When he heard we were there for our 30th anniversary, he upgraded our room and brought us some treats. We’ve stayed at the Dan Panorama every year for many years. The location works for us, and breakfast is reliably plentiful. The rooms are clean too. We have plenty of choices in Eilat, but the way we’re treated keeps us coming back. Looking forward to our next stay.

The food was good, and service was very good. Wadgi in the dining room was especially helpful, and Olga at the coffee station remembered what I drink after my first cup. When she saw me in line, she already had coffee ready for both my wife and me. The room itself was pretty good, but it needs an update. Every time we used the shower, water leaked onto the floor, and there were lots of gaps and cracks in the caulking around the closet.

Breakfast was good, though fruit and coffee were missing on the weekend. The rooms need some restoration. The place looks like it’s been a long time since it was built. Still, it was a good stay.

We were a group and had a really nice time, from arrival right through checkout. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service in the dining hall from Jaboor was very good. Issam, the duty manager, helped us a lot and was very professional. A very nice hotel.

The room wasn’t huge, but there was enough space for me, my partner, and our baby. We were close to the sea and main promenade, about a two-minute walk, and the view was great. There’s a big pool plus a kiddie pool, a spa I’d recommend, and different evening entertainment. The food was a real highlight, with lots of variety and good quality, including vegan dishes, meat, desserts, and kids’ food. Staff noticed what guests needed and took care of it with a smile. This was my third visit this year, and I can see why I keep coming back. I’d recommend it for a young couple or a family looking to unwind.
