The only thing I can really say in its favor is that the location is OK. I travel to Eilat often, and this was easily my most disappointing hotel stay. My room was dirty, with sand on the floor, stained sheets, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. It smelled damp, too, so relaxing was out of the question. Breakfast was a mess: cold food, long lines, and no organization. The pool was packed and filthy, with trash left around and no maintenance staff in sight. At the front desk, people were rude and unhelpful, brushing off complaints and even requests for clean towels. For what they charge in Eilat, it feels like a rip-off. There are plenty of hotels in the city that care about their guests, and this isn’t one of them. I checked out early and won’t stay here again.

The food is a real highlight, with huge buffet spreads and all three meals included. Usplash! is an amazing hotel for a family vacation, with nonstop things to do: water slides, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, and even a spa. The staff are wonderful and happy to help with anything. It’s surrounded by trees and gardens, and you can choose a room with a balcony, a private garden, or even your own private pool. There’s free parking, and it’s only 2km from Eilats city center. Highly recommend 👌

The kids had an amazing time, and the hotel seems designed around their experience. I was there with my sister and two 5 YO girls. The rooms were basic but really clean and roomy, with a fridge and a good-sized shower. We also liked all three meals, the pool and water park, and the kids’ shows. The entertainment staff were great.☺️

The food was surprisingly good, and the staff were helpful and nice. It’s a good family hotel, with rooms that are simple but clean, comfortable, and a decent size. Just keep in mind it’s outside Eilat itself, so you’ll need transportation for attractions or shopping.
