Leonardo Inn Hotel Dead Sea

The staff at reception were kind and courteous, but that was the only positive for me. I checked in and went to the room, where I saw what looked like mold, mildew, and bedbugs. I turned around and left without staying. Getting into the hotel felt strange too, since every door was locked when I tried to open them. The hotel offered to refund me there and then, but I'm still trying to get my money back from TRIVAGO.

I was in Ein Bokek for a sports event and enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Inn. The location was convenient and the price felt like good value. Breakfast was good, and both reception and room service were professional.

The food was a real highlight, with tasty breakfasts and suppers, plenty of variety, and different dishes each day. My room was quiet and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shaded balcony looked out over the sea and pool. Everyone at Leonardo Inn was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Thanks to all of them, especially Yuri, for making the stay so enjoyable.

The room itself was clean, with a nice, well-equipped bathroom, and the lobby and pool were pretty good too. But the hotel seemed to be in poor repair: there were exposed electrical wires, unfinished walls, and dust everywhere. The carpet was really dirty, and the TV in my room didn't work.
