We came for a weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a lovely chance to relax. When receptionist Mohammed heard about the occasion, he arranged a small surprise of chocolates and fruit. The food was great and the staff were pleasant. We especially appreciated receptionist Tal and cosmetologist Aliona. My wife was very happy with Aliona's professionalism and golden hands.

We came hoping to relax, but left annoyed and disappointed. The staff were terribly rude, and the blonde receptionist shouted at us when we asked a question. Half the facilities were closed for reconstruction. The sauna is very narrow, and the showers have only one hair dryer and no basic shelf for shampoo. At the beach there weren't enough chairs, so you had to hunt for an empty one. The food wasn't anything special either.

The lunch we had was enjoyable, and a few dishes were surprisingly good. We also liked the coffee in the lobby. My wife and I came just for a spa day, without a room, and had a great time. The receptionist was attentive from the start, and the place was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. The pool water was clear and refreshing in the Dead Sea heat, with half the pool shaded from the sun. Amenities were close by, and I didn't see anything that had been neglected or left without a timely refresh. My small complaint was that staff didn't step in when other guests behaved badly. The crowded lobby was full of people watching videos and taking Zoom calls aloud, which made too much noise and raised privacy concerns. They should use headphones or move elsewhere, and staff should have said so. At the pool, a large, dominant family played their own music over the hotel's music. Their speakers were so loud that the two sources clashed.

A peaceful place for a quiet break or a scenic stop on the way to Ein Bokek. The desert views are stunning, and the surrounding landscape feels surreal, especially around sunrise or sunset. It's close to the Dead Sea and easy to reach the lowest point on Earth. A real hidden gem for people who love nature and exploring. Bring water, sunscreen, and a camera.

The highlight for me was the nearby beach, with the sea's bluest water and a fantastic view along the coast. Probably the best beach on the sea. I left my hat unattended, though, and it was gone when I came back. That upset me enough to make sure I won't return. I went for the day with another adult. The hotel sits in the lower middle tier of Dead Sea hotels and mostly serves an older Eastern European clientele. The pool is clean, pleasant, well maintained, and fine for kids, with lots of space for loungers, hammocks, and a good bar serving food beyond limited hours. Unlike the upper tier places, it has no sea view, just trees and greenery. The spa has a couple of types of saunas and a large indoor Dead Sea pool, though I wanted more natural light in there. A big plus: there are plenty of clean towels, without fussy gatekeeping. The food is standard three-star Israeli hotel fare. It's decent, but not a food experience, and for a day booking at about 230 shekels per person, it feels massively overpriced. The cafeteria only has ice water, so you have to pay extra at the hotel bar if you want cola. Silly. Staff were effective and I hardly noticed them. It wasn't the worst way to spend a day, but I'd rather get food at the mall and use the free beach next door. The spa adds little value.
