We loved exploring the nearby artists’ colony of Ein Hod. Our “boutique garden” room was in a cottage with a small yard out front, and the Moshav was lovely to walk around, especially at night with its views, stars, and interesting architecture. You can smell the animals in some spots, and we saw a few too. The Shabbat meals were abundant, fresh, and excellent, in a dining hall with high ceilings and big windows. My son enjoyed the Shabbat service while I lounged around. There’s a bus stop at the bottom of the resort, and he had no trouble getting there from Jerusalem by public transport.

The food was excellent, the rooms modern and comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. The gym was nicely equipped. One side of the hotel has beautiful views of the Kineret (Sea of Galilee).

We spent a long weekend here. The front desk service was great, and the food was standard. It has all the services religious Jews need.

I found an old plaster bandage stuck to the shower handle, and there was hair on both the bed and the bathroom counter.

The food has been a highlight, with lots to choose from and delicious desserts. My husband, daughter and I came for the between-terms break and are having a lovely time. There’s plenty of swimming for women, plus shiurim for men and women.
