Lear Sense - Experience Luxury Hotel

The only real drawback for me was the rooftop pool. It’s small and gets crowded fast, even though the bar, views, and general atmosphere up there are lovely. I found the rooms spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast at Abierto was a highlight, with fresh food and lots of flavor. Yoga classes added to the relaxing feel, too. I had a very enjoyable stay at Lear Sense Hotel, and it’s a good fit for a calm getaway with great food and modern rooms.

Parking tip: we left the car on the street and got a ticket, so be careful about that. The rooms were clean and nice, and there’s a small rooftop pool. A little gem in the middle of nowhere.

We left feeling humiliated, cheated, and angry, which was a terrible end to Grandma’s 88th birthday celebration. We had been told we could stay until 13:00 after checkout, so we sat by the pool near our now-empty rooms. Then reception told us to move to the shared area on the fourth floor. When we explained we had paid a hefty fee for the exclusive area and had chosen it for a reason, the manager on call, or possibly a security guard, yelled at us and threatened us without identifying himself. We gathered our things and left. We booked all three rooms in the “exclusive” compound from Thursday to Saturday. The place itself has plenty of potential: lovely grounds, roomy rooms, a beautiful pool, sauna and loungers. The restaurant’s lively decor and atmosphere felt more like Tel Aviv than Gedera. But service was dreadful. Apart from one or two waitresses, the staff were rude and inattentive, and acted as though any approach was a bother. They seemed to have no idea how to provide service, even at a lower class and cost establishment. I’d stay away until management gives the whole team a refresher on how to treat guests and provide even decent service.
