Diamond of View

The room was dirty and unpleasant, with stains in the jacuzzi and cigarette smell everywhere. The pool was worst of all: the water was murky green and smelled like sewage. We were told it hadn’t been changed in nearly six months. The owner said that was just how things were at the moment, and that prices would be going up. After our two-and-a-half-hour drive from the south, we got appalling service from the owner too. A joke. Stay away.

Shocking service. We’d spent a whole month checking with the owner that everything was fine, and he kept telling me yes. Then we arrived and he canceled on us without even speaking to us face to face. We waited an hour in the parking lot while he said both B&Bs had been closed for our date and an employee had made a mistake. Such a shame for the place. He offered 50 percent off as compensation, but we wanted his B&B.

The owner is the place’s greatest asset. He has a huge heart and really wants people to be happy and enjoy themselves. It’s a quiet, beautiful spot and so pampering. One of the best vacations I’ve had, highly recommended!!!

Dennis and his amazing wife made us feel welcome right away, and they paid attention to every little detail. The room was clean, spacious, and a very high standard, so the stay felt relaxing and luxurious. Their hospitality was simply exceptional. Highly recommend, and looking forward to coming back! ❤️
