Magic in Had Nes

For a place at this price, the upkeep wasn’t good enough. A leaking tap took five hours to get service after some misunderstandings with the owner, and by then the problem was fixed. That evening, I didn’t get a vacation experience or good service. We still had to pay the full amount as originally agreed, which made us very angry. Having to argue with the owner at 11:30 at night about the whole thing showed a complete lack of consideration. One star was already too many.

Wow, what a place. We arrived yesterday at Kesem B&B in Had Nes and found a luxurious setup with a double bed in the room and a sofa bed in the living room. Sima and Shlomi, the owners, welcomed us so kindly. We enjoyed every moment and were treated to an amazing breakfast and massage, all arranged by Sima. Highly recommend. No doubt we’ll be back very soon.

The setting is lovely, cozy, and clean, and we had a very pleasant time and enjoyed it a lot. Some things mentioned in the description weren’t there. The stoves never arrived, even after we asked. I’d recommend it for a few friends traveling together, or for a couple that doesn’t need as much private space.

The place was neglected, with cockroaches, bedbugs, and rooms that needed care. We were double booked, and they offered us an “upgrade” to other rooms as compensation. The value for money is disgraceful. After all that, they refused to compensate us for the double booking, which we only found out about by chance. The owner even said, “You’re lucky they screwed you over, in the original rooms you would have complained more.” It would’ve been better to throw up and go home. Zero for everything.
