Carmel Boutique Apartments

Kobi was the standout for us. He explained everything clearly, was fair and helpful, and kept checking in around the clock when we got stranded in Israel during the Iran war. He gave us flexibility, didn’t raise the prices, and did what he could to keep us safe. It felt like staying with family. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, premium, clean and very well stocked. The renovated apartments were clean and well equipped, and parking is available, which is useful in this area. There are a few nice cafes within walking distance. The location was nice, but the apartment was a little noisy and the mattresses weren't comfortable, so 4 stars.

I arranged everything with Koby, who was extremely responsive and helpful. The room was clean and up to date, and my family begged to stay longer. I’d happily take this room with us for the whole trip through israel. Highly, highly recommend.

We needed a last-minute place after canceling a few nights elsewhere because there wasn't enough privacy. This cost more as a last-minute booking, but the good reviews turned out to be right, and we couldn't be happier with the choice. The place was spacious, bright, clean and modern, in a great location. The hosts were kind and accommodating, and helped whenever they could. We'll definitely return on our next Haifa visit.
