We had more space than I expected, and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. We arrived late after touring all day, but they made sure someone would be there to let us in and show us to the room. Breakfast arrived right on time at 8am, as requested, and everything came with a smile. It worked out great for us.

For a family of two adults and two children, the flat was spacious enough for a few days, clean, nicely furnished, and good value. The service could be much better, though. There was no reception, and we could only reach the manager by phone at international call rates. With no welcome guide, we were left without hot water and WiFi. A simple guide to the flat and city would help. Our place was on the third floor with no lift, so hauling luggage was difficult and could be a serious problem for older guests.

The building is in a rundown neighborhood, which was the one downside. The accommodations were comfortable and very nice, and the staff were helpful and kind. They even switched my apartment to fit my handicap needs.

A lovely place with spacious, nicely decorated rooms that feel like an apartment. Great service, an amazing view, and plenty of shops nearby. All in all, a really nice stay.
