The location is good, and the apartment itself was fine. I liked the room and the view from the shared porch was okay. But the pots and pans were coated in carbon, and getting someone to open the parking gate was inconsistent. Sometimes they did it right away, while on several occasions it took as long as 15 minutes. The shower hot water also took almost 24 hours to get set up, and even after that it was hot rather than boiling. Service fell short at times.

As a Baha'i pilgrim, I found this a nice, clean, comfortable place, especially for small families. The staff were relaxed, helpful, and polite. It’s particularly convenient for Baha'i pilgrims, less than a 10-minute walk from the gate to the terraces leading to the shrine of the Bab.
