Hotel Botanica- Limited Edition By Fattal

We came for a birthday and felt so well looked after, even with the hotel nearly full. Daniel at reception was patient, kind, and professional, with great English. He called restaurants to check availability and suggested other places when they were booked. Jonathan also came to help and made us feel welcome, and Michal showed us to our room with thorough explanations and lots of patience. Room 355 was at the end of the corridor, with a perfect view of the Bahai gardens day and night. It was clean and spacious, with shampoos and toiletries that smelled great and felt high quality. Breakfast was a culinary festival for the palate, with fresh, high-end products and delicious cooking. Orian from the dining hall staff made sure my friend got a birthday mimosa and cleared our table so we could bring more food. Everyone was professional, kind, and smiling. Jonathan and Daniel made us feel we could ask anything and get a professional answer. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to visit again soon.

The hotel is nice, but the basic things need to work. The shower water was cold and came out in spurts, so I couldn’t shower. Luckily, I was only staying for 1 night. The sink water was inconsistent too, and I could hardly brush my teeth. Then I filled the coffee machine with water and was disgusted by how yellow it looked, practically lemonade. Brushing my teeth and trying to shower with water like that felt unsanitary. This is supposed to be the best hotel in the city. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was too annoying to let go. I hadn’t planned to complain about the cold water and how poorly it worked, but seeing how yellow it was was messed up and bad for people’s health. Fixing this should be the hotel’s number 1 priority.

The view of the Bahai Gardens from the room was stunning, and the bathroom had lovely L'Occitane toiletries. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of dishes. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They clearly care about making guests feel at home. The hotel's restaurant, Terrace, has a lovely atmosphere and great food. It’s a wonderful hotel I’d want to return to.

The hotel was okay, and the staff were great and very helpful. It doesn’t have a pool, although there is a big jacuzzi that the hotel considers a "pool." The location is good, but Haifa itself is very, very boring.
