My parents used Haifa as their base while spending two months vacationing in Israel. They stayed in two of Notary Ariel’s apartments, the beach residence and the PH on Moriah Avenue, and were impressed by the locations, furnishings, amenities, and quality of both. What stood out most was how Philip looked after them. He was sincere and thoughtful, always ready to explain things, offer help, and support them, which put them at ease. Our whole family is grateful for that. Philip and the team lived up to the SuperHost claims and went beyond our high expectations. They made my parents feel respected, special, and cared for. We’d happily stay at a Notary Ariel apartment on our next trip to Israel, and highly recommend them. Thank you to the whole team.

We found socks left in a cupboard and dirt under the bed after moving it. There was also a tissue in the shower and black marks on the bedroom wall, so the cleaning and upkeep didn’t match the attractive design. Apartment 13 looks new and chic at first, and from reviews it seems the place has several apartments, all seemingly new and nicely designed. The owner was defensive at first and didn’t believe us when we said the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly. It felt like the service assumed we were lying. We booked for two adults and two children, but the apartment was set up for only two people. We had no towels, sheets, or blankets for the kids. There were maintenance problems too: the kitchen had several electrical appliances but only one outlet, the bathroom toilet paper holder was loose and crooked, and one of the two air conditioners didn’t work. We only discovered that when it was too late to call the defensive owner. Each issue alone might have been manageable, but together they added up to poor maintenance. We documented everything, but haven’t uploaded the photos in case the owner wants to fix the problems.

We had a family stay for one night in a regular apartment, not a suite, and it was very comfortable. The beds were great, and the spacious shower had a strong flow of water. Everything was new, well equipped, and thoughtfully chosen, with nothing missing. It felt comparable to a luxury hotel. There are cafes within walking distance and parking nearby, though it isn’t private parking for the property. For the money, it’s excellent.

The apartment is roomy and equipped well enough for a family of four, and the standard was very good. Booking and service throughout the stay were both very satisfactory. It’s in a lively area with an excellent location, especially if you need to be near Carmel Hospital, which is close enough to reach on foot. Nights can be a bit noisy. Highly recommend.
