Rosa welcomed us so warmly, and she was a really lovely person. We were also able to leave our luggage there all day while we explored Haifa, which was very kind of her. The location is perfect, five minutes from the Gardens at the German Quarter, and the whole area is great for exploring Haifa. The room was old-fashioned, with old furniture and fittings, including in the bathroom. It might feel charming to some, but it could use renovation and won’t suit everyone. The guest house only takes cash, which could be improved, and the landlady doesn’t speak English.

A cozy little guest room with local character, right in the center, for half the price of nearby hotels. The couple running it are very nice. If you’re after luxury, choose one of the hotels, but this is perfectly fine for an affordable room. One of the guest rooms has an awesome view of the Shrine 24/7.

I loved the friendly, family feel at Rosa’s, and the history of the grand house made the stay special. It’s in a perfect spot, with great views and places to eat close by, and the price was very inexpensive. I recommend it to everyone. Susan from Australia

A great place to stay, centrally located. We had our own bathroom, and when you step out to the sidewalk, you can clearly see the Shrine of the Bab.

Rosa and her son are very nice, and everything was great. Just a heads up, there are lots of stairs to climb and the entrance is a bit hard to spot, so ask them to meet you outside.
