Marie runs a wonderfully clean and welcoming guest house, with so much space for a reasonable price. Free parking was always available within a block, and restaurants and shops are close by. The garden entrance is right outside the door. We spent two nights there last week, among the nicest we had in Israel. Next time we visit, we’ll spend longer in Haifa as long as we can stay at Santa Maria Guest House.

We really enjoyed this family-run guest home and would happily come back. It’s in the German Colony, across from the gardens, with easy access to all of wonderful Haifa. The rooms are distinctive and well furnished, and the self-serve espressos were such a treat. We’d recommend it to anyone traveling through Israel.

We had a perfect vacation. We arrived Friday at noon, with one room for me and my boyfriend and another for my parents. The place was super clean and had all the little details we needed. The owners were really nice, answered our questions before we arrived, and made everything convenient for my elderly parents too. There is some street noise, but the location is perfect for reaching restaurants and getting around, right below the Bahai Gardens. Thank you!

Such a wonderful stay! I loved the host family and the outdoor spot where we could relax and have coffee. They treated us to Turkish coffee and little snacks, and were so hospitable, helping us out and offering travel suggestions. Highly recommend!

We spent time together in the courtyard, having breakfast there and relaxing in the evenings. We were two couples and rented two flats, both very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The owners were so friendly, and we’d happily recommend this guesthouse.
