Benjamin Hertzliya Hotel

For business meetings, the lobby is a pleasant spot, with free coffee and other things, and there are plenty of nearby places for lunch or dinner afterward. Parking is available most of the time, which matters a lot on a business trip. It has what you need for a short stay. I like the place, though there are a few things they could improve 😃

The staff are polite, professional, and nice, and some rooms are still good. But the place has aged quickly and hasn’t been maintained well. Depending on your room, you might find dirty walls or leaking plumbing. It had a lot of potential when it first opened, so I hope they can slow the decline :)

The breakfast selection is good, and the rooms are clean and nice. Staff are courteous too. It’s in a business district with many corporate offices nearby. My only issue was that there was no water provided in the room.

If you’re in Herzliya for work, the location is handy, with Apple, Amazon, Dell, and other high tech firms a short walk away. The rooms are good sized, larger than many I’ve had in Israel, and the hotel feels modern and new, though a little spartan. Breakfast is good, and the staff know their stuff. It’s clean, professional, and competent. A beach hotel would be more fun, but business travelers are probably the main crowd here.
