Daniel Hotel Herzliya Pituach St H4

I came for a retreat to rest and get some distance from the intensity of daily life, but the stay made that hard. It felt like being in the middle of an active construction site. I understand that an older property may need renovations, and I respect the work being done, but it was difficult to relax while it was going on. What bothered me most was that the current state of the property hadn't been clearly explained on the website. If I'd known, I could have adjusted my expectations or chosen differently. For a retreat, that kind of information matters. I'm sharing this in the hope future guests know what to expect and don't end up as disappointed as I was.

The restaurant downstairs was amazing, and I had a nice stay overall. The service, though, didn't really impress me. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and when I mention a celebration, they usually do something. Here, they sent me a link to things I could buy. That's completely legitimate, just not very wow. I also had to call twice to get help with the TV.

The value for money was awful. The bathroom was bad, and water covered the floor whenever we showered. We booked the Garden view hotel, but the place was in terrible condition and seemed very poorly maintained. Service was basically nonexistent, and nobody even showed us to our rooms. A truly horrendous stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

The views were beautiful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The whole place was very clean, and the staff were kind. There was a wide variety of food at both dinner and breakfast. I came with a tour group and enjoyed the whole stay.
