Our first impression was awful: there was mold on the ceiling and pee stains on the bathtub, and the front desk was very rude when we asked for help. We were surprised given that it’s a Herbert Samuel hotel chain, but the customer service and overall experience were terrible. At checkout, they also charged extra fees that hadn’t been mentioned during booking or on arrival. We continued our stay in Israel at a boutique hotel in Tel Aviv and got great customer service there.

The guard wouldn’t let my child use the restroom, which was a shame. Luckily, there’s a restaurant right across the way, Benedict, where we could use the restroom and have a nice lunch.

We booked a week in August, but the room was dirty and in terrible shape. They promised us a full refund when we asked, yet only returned half. This was a truly disappointing stay, and I strongly advise against this hotel.

It was an awful experience. I was itchy all night and found an ant on me, and they charged me bills I wasn’t expecting. The front desk was super rude and unwilling to help. DONT STAY HERE!
