The room had some nice points: it was spacious, with a balcony looking over the pool, and the bed was comfortable, though I barely got to rest in it. There was also a coffee machine and the receptionist gave me a coffee sachet. But my stay wasn't comfortable or peaceful at all. The hotel itself feels somewhat luxurious, with a good breakfast and nice amenities nearby, yet that didn't make up for the noise. My room entrance was beside the head of the bed, so I could hear everything in the corridor. There were extra doors that were meant to separate my room from the staircase, elevators, and two other rooms. Someone opened them, and from 10 pm onward a group of three men and two women ran around, clapped, shouted, and sang in the corridor. The marble walls in the staircase made the noise carry even more. They soon took the party into a neighboring room. With the open doors, the marble staircase, and another door right by my bed, I couldn't even hear myself think. I called reception three times, but they couldn't get the guests to behave. I finally fell asleep around 1:30 am. In the morning I got something presented as an apology, along with an explanation that one guest was celebrating his upcoming marriage and that Israelis are loud by default. I came as a guest, respected the staff and nighttime quiet, and expected at least to be able to sleep. That explanation didn't feel like a real apology. Nobody offered compensation, not even a box of dates or a bottle of wine.

The standout for me was the service and food, which made the stay memorable. The staff were warm and welcoming from the start, handled check-in smoothly, and upgraded us to a room with a fantastic view. Restaurant service was attentive and efficient. Breakfast had a huge range, from fresh fruit and pastries to eggs made to order. Our room was spotless, stylish, and comfortable too. One of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time, and I hope to come back for longer.

It was clean and the people were friendly, so the stay was decent overall. But the hotel feels dated, the WiFi didn't work, and the price doesn't match what you get compared with other hotels. I don't have many other complaints, but I wouldn't return. It's definitely the best in Caesarea, since there's no competition.

We had a family holiday here with several families and their kids, and loved our stay. The hotel is well run, the staff are very friendly, and it's good for children, with a large heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive, though, and for those prices the food selection could be better.

If your kids have lots of energy, you've got a minister's budget, and you can handle logistical chaos, this place is for you. It's a dream for children, with a supervised pool, endless play areas, and wide-open spaces. You can tell the hotel was designed with little ones in mind. For adults, though, the $1320 a night for two adults and two young kids, aged 3 and 6, is supposed to buy luxury. The stay felt more like a disorganized summer camp with chandeliers. Even though we'd booked in advance as the hotel recommends, rooms seemed to be assigned at random. The kids ended up in the grandparents' room, who'd been hoping for a bit of peace and quiet. They didn't get it. Nobody helped with our bags either. Things in the room were just as frustrating. Soap wasn't replaced each day, and coffee and sugar weren't restocked unless you went and chased someone down. Asking for basic items felt like applying for a loan. At breakfast, staff wandered around, forgot our eggs, and struggled with English. We reminded them three times, and might eventually get what we asked for, or something vaguely like it. The kids got to play, and so did the parents, mostly hide-and-seek with our coffee and our room.
