The location was convenient, and the air conditioning in our room worked perfectly. Still, the stay fell short overall. The room wasn't as clean as we'd expected, and we saw a security guard smoking by the entrance and carelessly tossing his cigarette on the ground. Breakfast was a letdown too, with food that didn't seem fresh and lacked flavor.

We spent a week here in 2025. It was an easy walk to Jerusalem's Old City, and we had great meals. The neighborhood was nice too.

We had a lot of fun here, and the service was good. The food was okay, though it often looked better than it tasted, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms are roomy enough for a couple and maybe one child, as long as you don't need much space for your things or mind it feeling crowded.

I was appalled by how I was treated. As an Orthodox Jew, I expected basic respect for my religious needs and dignity, but staff were ignorant and insensitive, and I felt outright disrespected. They spoke to me inappropriately, wouldn't accommodate my dietary needs, and were dismissive of my observance. That was unacceptable and offensive, not just disappointing. I'll warn others in my community away, and I may share this publicly unless I get a proper explanation and apology. You should be ashamed.
