The breakfast we paid extra for was sad and basic, with no variety. You could get a better meal at any convenience store. We booked partly because of the pool, then found it closed with no warning. When we asked for a solution, customer service was rude and no help at all. Unprofessional is putting it mildly. I won't stay here again.

The food was delicious and carefully prepared, and the service was the best we’ve experienced. A wonderful hotel, with quality in even the smallest details. It’s also well placed for an urban Tel Aviv experience. A perfect vacation.

A very nice city hotel, recently refurbished. The rooms are tidy, new, and classically fitted out. Don’t book the smallest room. There are bars and restaurants all around, so it’s a nightlife paradise, though it can get a bit loud. The room fragrance spray can be overpowering at night, so ask them not to use it.

I was in room 301, and the noise from the floor outside was constant. It made relaxing or sleeping nearly impossible, despite the hotel’s great location. At check-in, the front desk manager told me I could cancel the third night if I chose to. I cancelled because of a local holiday and fasting day I hadn’t known about, only to find out I’d get back just half the amount paid for that night. That felt misleading and unprofessional. The rooftop pool was overcrowded and not enjoyable, and there’s no food served there. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless management makes serious improvements.
