Really bad. It was dirty and smelled awful.

We keep Shabbat and had arranged, for an extra fee, to stay until after Shabbat. The stormy weekend was forecast, but the villa owner hadn't prepared the place. Rain came through the roof, water flooded in from the balconies and garden, and exposed cables in the garden caused a short circuit. We'd invited guests, including a family with babies, and had catering, but there was nowhere to go and no way to leave. Instead of celebrating, we spent the weekend cleaning and shoveling water. It was awful. The landlord never came and didn't answer the phones, though he paid the electrician we called. Don't hire him!

Very dirty, and not worth the money.
