Cassia Hotel Jerusalem

Maria from Housekeeping even checked in to ask if she could do anything to improve our stay. The room was sparkling clean, with plenty of towels and linen, and the staff took care with all the details. Desk staff were extremely polite and helped us through an obstacle until it was handled to our satisfaction. At breakfast, the dining room staff were attentive, polite, and eager to help. The bathroom was updated, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fantastically, which isn’t always the case in hotels. I used the wifi for work without any problems. We had a very positive stay at the Cassia Hotel in Jerusalem.

We’ve been coming to the King Solomon/Cassia for about 25 years, and it’s our family hotel. Since the renovation and its change to the Cassia, the hotel has really upped its game. The location can’t be beat, and the rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is as good as you’ll find anywhere. Ali and the rest of the dining room staff make the meals even better, and everyone else is friendly and helpful. The hotel runs like a well-oiled machine. We’re looking forward to the state of the art wellness center opening.

We were a large extended family of 16, staying Thursday through Saturday night. The manager Aladin really tried to accommodate our different needs, and waiter Ali was gracious. We were impressed by the service, food, and the lovely lobby and rooms. We’ll definitely come back.

The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the wait staff were friendly and attentive, especially Ali. We stayed for a week, and the rooms were comfortable and consistently clean. When a problem came up, they dealt with it right away. We’d definitely stay again.
