We had a great view of the city from our top-floor rooms, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The rooms also opened onto the rooftop through sliding doors, where there were chairs to sit and relax with the view. The hotel is big and nice inside, and the service was great. Front desk staff helped arrange transportation and were very friendly. Some spoke English, which helped with our group, especially me. I recommend staying here.

The view was spectacular, and the hotel itself was beautiful and clean with friendly staff. But don’t shop at the store near the lobby. The man there lied to me and cheated me, and others in my group of 49 had the same problem.

I loved having a private porch right off my room, and the Old City looked amazing from the window. The in-room chocolates and liquor were a great touch, too. Had a really good time.

We came to Jerusalem for work and were really pleased with the spacious hotel, its facilities, and how warm and helpful everyone was. Sonia at reception was brilliant the whole time. We’ll definitely come back for a holiday.

Breakfast had plenty of variety, with quality food and a pleasant place to eat. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, which made a real difference. The hotel feels elegant and peaceful, and our spacious room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. We also enjoyed the green, quiet setting and the beautiful views over Jerusalem, while still finding it easy to get around. We’d happily return.
