On my first trip to Israel, staying at the Grand Court Hotel Jerusalem was a real pleasure. The front desk was very helpful, and the whole experience was excellent. Our room was very clean, the beds super comfortable, and the food absolutely amazing. If you’re visiting Jerusalem, I’d say stay here.

Meni & Yahali made us feel especially welcome. They were proactive, helped us with guidance about the city, and quickly handled our request to change rooms, including offering an upgrade and other options. A really great experience with excellent service.

The staff really understand how to look after guests and are professional throughout. The lobby and rooms were spotless, and the location is perfectly placed. High-end quality, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is clean, with nice, high-standard rooms. It may be a bit far from the city center, but the tram connection is good and it’s close to the Old City.

Our booking had a problem when we arrived late at night. The receptionist called the manager, Mr. Mani, who was extremely helpful and got everything sorted out quickly.
