The staff could have been more attentive, and the shared areas and rooms needed a better clean. Thin walls made the place noisy and sleeping difficult. The location is great, though. It was an okay stay, suitable for a short visit, but there's plenty that could be improved.

Great location, but the rooms weren't properly cleaned. They only provide one towel per person, with no hand towel or bath mat, and there's no soap in the rooms. When I asked the front desk for a bar, they rolled their eyes and were very rude.

The dining hall meals were a real highlight, some were as good as food I've had at much fancier hotels. We were with the MYC tour group, and the beds were made up well and fresh towels came each day. At night the hallways stayed quiet, so we could sleep properly before our busy days in Jerusalem. One of my best hotel stays. I'd book here again next time I'm in Jerusalem.

We were with the MYC tour from America for four nights, and I had a magnificent stay. ANA Agron was within walking distance of the Kotel, the staff were kind, and the food was great. The premises also felt secure. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jerusalem.

On my recent MYC Israel discovery trip, I had a really good stay here. The beds were comfortable, the food was amazing, and the location was the best. There are nice balconies and places to relax, too. Highly recommend.
