Hotel Noel

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The service was generous, responsive and wonderful, and the hotel is centrally located.

Martina was super accommodating, thank you! We had a wonderful stay at this cute boutique hotel in a really good location.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with the details covered, including soaps, towels and sheets. But if you're expecting a hotel experience, this isn't it. It feels like an apartment building, and after 8 PM nobody is at the small counter. We were given just one toilet paper roll, so when it ran out we had to go downstairs to get another. We booked a suite, but the bath was clogged and the room would flood within a minute. The response felt lazy. We had to keep asking whether anything was being done, and eventually were offered a smaller, lower-priced room. We had to ask several times for a corresponding refund. The regular room layout is poor too. Someone standing in the hallway can see straight into the whole room and bathroom. And the noise is a real hassle. On Thursday nights, the pub at Cinema Hotel across the street gets very busy. The atmosphere may be nice, but there's nowhere to get away from it, and it feels like you're right in the party and street traffic.

The receptionists were incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. We had a nice stay in the heart of Jerusalem. The room had a lovely modern design, plus a Nespresso machine, cookies and mineral water. Breakfast was served at a nearby café, which was in a fantastic location and had delicious food.
