The hotel is in a quiet suburb, which was peaceful but remote. It's farther from central Jerusalem and the old city, so you'll need to drive and park or use public transport. There aren't any shops or restaurants nearby. The gated entrance has a very beautiful Jerusalem brick facade, and security has to let you in. Check-in was easy, and the service staff were attentive and helpful. The fourth floor has a bar. Rooms and the whole hotel were very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy, the heater/AC worked strongly, and the restroom appliances were spotless. Hot water, a comfortable bathtub, working toilet and sink, and fast, stable wifi were all good. Breakfast was so-so, and I've had better food at other hotels of this caliber. Parking is available inside the gated area, but it filled up on Friday (Shabbat), around 3pm, and they wouldn't let me in. I had to find a spot on the street by the front entrance. It was raining very badly, and I got soaked walking back to my room. That was a big no for me.

We've only been here a few days, but it's already been a pleasure. The staff are fantastic and helpful, the decor is clean and nice, and the pool is great, with a small pool for kids too. We'll definitely come back.

The staff were so thoughtful and helpful throughout, and the food was the best we had in Israel. We got married here last week and stayed in the huge Canadian suite afterward, which had a great view. It feels like a quiet little retreat surrounded by nature, even though you're right in Jerusalem. I'd happily recommend it for a stay or another event.
