“Home from home” is the best way to put it. We were staying around the corner and had been told to try the restaurant. The owner and his wife gave us such a warm welcome, and both the setting and food were wonderful. The next day, we ran into an issue while their son was inside. He gladly helped us and showed us the hospitality of the Palestinian people. When I’m back in Jerusalem, I’m sure I’ll return to eat or stay.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, just stopped by the restaurant for a cold drink. The mint lemonade was a real treat, almost like a fresh lemon slushie. The food being served to the groups there looked amazing, and I hope I can come back for a meal. It’s a beautiful space with lovely hosts. Don’t miss it.

The restaurant was one of the best places we ate in Jerusalem, and we ate a lot. The staff were friendly and so helpful, with good ideas about where to go and what to eat. My wife and I spent a little over a week at the Jerusalem Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It’s owned and run by a married couple who care deeply about Jerusalem, and that history shows throughout the hotel. Each room, for example, is named for an influential woman who helped shape the city. The place is beautifully put together and picturesque. We’re telling friends to stay here, and hope to come back ourselves.

The staff were incredibly kind and generous, and we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant’s food was the best we ate anywhere in Jerusalem. Everything was delicious.
