The staff were very accommodating, and the price was quite reasonable. The apartment at Mazor 10, Go 1 also comes with a huge private outdoor area, plus a large rooftop lounge shared by the building. The one real hassle is finding the place, since you can't drive right up to the entrance.

The location was so convenient, right in the middle of things but still peaceful, and you can see the Knesset from the window. They also quickly arranged an earlier entry when I asked, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was lovely. The carpet was full of biscuit crumbs and hair, though, and needed cleaning. The bathroom soap dispenser was empty, and while the bath was nice, it wasn't really usable without a plug.

The location was fantastic, with restaurants, the metro, grocery shops and plenty more within walking distance. Inside, it's a cozy one-bedroom place with a sofa bed, enough for four adults to sleep comfortably. There's a kitchenette with basic dishes and utensils, a gas hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Eldar was really helpful. We got to Jerusalem around 12:30 after landing at 10, well before the 3pm check-in. After I contacted him and persuaded him, he let us leave our bags in the apartment while it was being cleaned, so we could go see the city and get something to eat. It was a busy tourist season, so I understand why an early check-in wasn't possible. The only snag was finding the building tucked away inside. A visible sign for Mr. Agrippa Apartments would have helped. It was a great stay, thanks.

The basement apartment could get noisy, especially in the mornings, and sometimes you could hear roadworkers. I also couldn't get live TV going, though Netflix and YouTube worked fine. For hot water we had to switch on the heater outside the bathroom. We figured that out by trial and error, and then it worked perfectly. Having our own place in Jeruzalem was really nice. It had a little inner courtyard, a separate bedroom, good WiFi and a fully equipped home with a microwave, oven, washing machine and two tellies. Everything was modern and worked well. It's tucked off the road and not easy to find unless you know where it is, so it felt like a safe spot. It took about 20 minutes to walk into the inner city, via Jaffa St, which is a nice route with shops and the tram if you want to save time. We could message a number for help, and the TLV2GO team usually replied politely within a day.
