The rooftop view is amazing, and the rooms are lovely, with air conditioning and a refrigerator. The hotel is family-run, and the family and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were glad to share stories about the hotel’s fascinating history and about Jerusalem. It’s perfectly placed for exploring on foot, with all the major sights within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we wanted. Everything was perfect, and if we return to Jerusalem, we’ll stay at the New Imperial Hotel again. Thanks for an unforgettable visit.

They make you feel like family here. It’s comfortable, well located, reasonably priced, and breakfast was delicious. I’ll definitely stay here on my next trip to Jerusalem.

We came to Jerusalem for a concert at Sultan Auditorium, four couples traveling together, and arrived at The New Imperial Hotel with low expectations. The stay ended up being far beyond what we’d imagined. It’s a simple hotel in an old, family-run building, but it feels powerful and unique. The architecture stands out, and the place is full of history and life. You can feel the generations of family heritage as soon as you walk in. The high ceilings, spacious floors and distinct character on each level all tell a story. The staff are the family who run the hotel, and their warm, casual welcome made us feel as though we’d come to a relative’s home. Coffee and tea are available all day and night. On the roof, you can sit, relax with a cold drink and take in the stunning city view. Breakfast was special too. The managers and staff went out of their way to prepare and bring us things that weren’t even on the menu, personally cutting and arranging everything. They made us feel valued and cared for, like guests in their own home. The rooms are old and authentic but clean and well maintained, and the corridors are spotless. From the cleanliness to the staff’s smiles, all the little details made this a special stay. It’s a place to connect and relax, and to feel at home in the heart of Jerusalem.

To the Management of New Imperial Hotel, I’m writing to express how outraged I am by the service I received yesterday. Your staff’s failure to handle my reservation was gross negligence in my view. I contacted the hotel while rooms were still available and made clear that I intended to stay, but the employee didn’t complete the booking. As a result, the rooms sold out. Even when one final single room was available, they failed to reserve it for me. This employee is a liability to your establishment and is directly harming your guests. I demand their immediate dismissal or severe disciplinary action. I’m also considering my options for a personal legal claim over the damage and distress this caused. Do not brush this aside. I expect a formal response explaining how you will put this right immediately.
