The location was good and the breakfast decent. Beyond that, we were disappointed. The rooms are incredibly small and poor quality, the bathroom has no privacy, and there’s no sound insulation at all. Noise from outside and the hallway kept waking us up. The phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t call reception about the things we were missing. At check-in, the person there said we were lucky because we’d been given a free upgrade to a bigger room. That turned out to be false. He sent us to the same room we had booked. We felt scammed, and the hotel is incredibly overpriced for what it offers.

The receptionist was quick, polite, and very friendly. We arrived with two kids and everything worked out perfectly fine. The breakfast was delicious and gourmet. A very pleasant stay overall.

We love Prima Palace for its cleanliness, boutique feel, kind staff, and Shabbos meals. The location works really well too, near machane yehuda, meah shearim, davidka square, and the train line. We’ve stayed twice, including recently, and hope to come again soon!

The location is amazing, and the rooms and beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bathroom was modern and recently refurbished. Wonderful hotel. I’d stay again.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Kotel. We also really enjoyed the delicious Shabbat food and breakfast, with a big range of options. The staff were friendly, and our upgraded first-floor room with a balcony was comfortable and clean. We recently stayed at the Prima Palace Hotel in Jerusalem and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
