A big thank you to the wonderful team at Prima Park Hotel, especially Aineline from housekeeping. Our rooms are always fresh, clean, and in perfect order. She notices what we need and is always friendly and smiling. The food in the dining hall was great too. Walking always greets us with a happy good morning, and the chef and waiters are ready to answer questions about the food.

The view from my window was nice, and itโs a pleasant 15 minute walk to the downtown hot spots. Excellent stay, with wonderful staff. Iโd stay here again!

Coming back to Prima Park hotel after touring the city feels like coming home. Itโs one of my best experiences here in Jerusalem. The staff are gracious and kind, and housekeeping keeps the rooms clean consistently and efficiently. Kudos to the management staff and crew. God bless you!

This was actually my second time here. I showed up early, around 8 in the morning, and the kind people at reception invited me to have breakfast ๐. I was already full, but I was grateful for the offer. The room was clean, and they leave a little gift of milk chocolate for guests. I swear itโs better than any of the big names in the world.

We felt at home here. Special thanks to the general manager of housekeeping and all the housekeeping staff, especially Aniellyn and Jonah. And thanks to Walid, the waiter at the hotel restaurant, who checks on guests while theyโre dining and always welcomes everyone with a warm smile.
