Prima Royale

We were very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable and had a nice view, and there was plenty of seating in the lobby where we could host our guests. The hotel even brought hot water and tea bags for everyone. The staff took care of all sorts of requests, from fixing the TV and bringing more toilet paper or tea bags to storing our luggage and arranging late checkout. Dina was especially helpful with our airport taxi and all our questions. There’s also a lovely gift shop on site, though it isn’t affiliated with the hotel and only opens at certain times. Breakfast had lots of options and generous portions. I need gluten-free food, and I wish everything had been labeled with its ingredients. There was just one gluten-free bread option, so more choices of bread and rolls would have been welcome. Since there aren’t restaurants right nearby, it would also have been nice to have lunch or dinner available at the hotel.

Faris and Samir made dinner a real highlight. The food was incredible, well beyond what we expected, and the service was top notch. Dina at the front desk was just as lovely, greeting us with a smile every day and checking whether we needed anything. She’s warm, accommodating, and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The staff are so kind and helpful, and Prima Royale is now my first choice for future trips to Israel.

The rooftop patio on the 7th floor was the best part, such a beautiful spot. The hotel is right in the city center, with easy walks and bus service, and the train should be convenient once it’s completed. Breakfast was great and the rooms were nice. They really went above and beyond, and I’d stay here again.

We only stayed a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The central location made it easy to get around Jerusalem on foot or by bus. The hotel was lovely and breakfast was amazing, but the staff really made the visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!
